Salaries and Disbursement

 

Salary Allocation

 

Founders and Core Team:

 

Salaries for founders and core team members will be disbursed quarterly.

 

Compensation will align with industry standards and approved by the DAO governance.

 

In-House Creators:

 

Salaries include both monetary and token-based compensation.

 

20% of monthly DAO revenues are allocated for rewarding in-house creators.

 

Contributors:

 

Contributors working on projects or platform improvements are paid on a milestone basis.

 

Disbursement Entity

 

Primary Disbursement: 

 

Salaries will be disbursed by BVI Subsidiary 1 (Operating Company) (Grihd International Ltd).

 

This ensures compliance with local tax regulations and operational efficiency.

 

Token-Based Salaries:

 

Token distributions will be managed by BVI Subsidiary 2 (Token Issuance) (GRD Ventures Ltd).

 

Tokens will vest monthly to ensure retention and long-term alignment.

 

Approval Mechanism

 

All salary adjustments or new compensation plans must be approved by a simple majority vote of DAO members.

 

Emergency salary payments require multi-signature approval from governance wallets.
